We have full and half storage containers available creating 150 or 75 square foot self-storage units. We can help you to choose the most suitable size self storage unit for your requirements.
The containers are secure, clean and dry. They are CCTV monitored 24/7 and just next to London Road Station
For longer term storage where you require access less frequently you can save money by using our crated storage.
Each crate has a volume of 250 cubic feet which is roughly the same size as a 30 sq ft self storage unit.
Because of the way the crates are stacked we require a notice period to access your items, an access has to be booked in advance.
The centre is secure, clean and dry. It is CCTV monitored 24/7, and located in Newhaven.
Goods in self-storage need to be insured - if we arrange insurance on your behalf we charge £1 per £1000 cover per week. If you would prefer to arrange your own insurance we would just ask for proof of coverage.
Our crated storage quotes includes standard liability cover up to £1,000 value. In order to benefit from this protection, you must declare the full like for like replacement value of the items to be moved on your acceptance and inventory forms. If the full value of the property exceeds £1,000 you will be charged an additional liability fee of £1 per £1000 liability per week.
Unlike most storage facilities, we don’t base the storage unit size on how many bedrooms your property has - the contents of each property can vary massively, so we like to ensure that what we are providing for storage is just the right size. Just get in touch if you need help working out what size storage unit you will need.
