Despite it being the hottest day on record for the 23rd of May they worked diligently and tirelessly; focussed and with great skill and care. I also noticed Sam (the longer serving of the two) really compassionately mentored Harry through some of the steps and techniques for some unusual items. All our welfare and wellbeing was a priority to them at all times. I really lucked out choosing them and would do so again without question. So, so many thanks again to them both. It made such a world of difference.
