Most people start a Worthing move ringing four or five firms and trying to compare answers that do not quite line up. We try to make ours a short conversation. Fair, written pricing. Fixed-price quotes for full house moves so you know the total in advance. Clear inclusions and exclusions in writing. No surprise charges on move day.
Careful by default. Furniture blankets, edge protectors, shrink wrap on soft furnishings as standard. Goods-in-transit and public liability cover confirmed in writing on every quote.
Local with UK reach. Brighton-based with our own storage on site, but we move customers as far as Scotland regularly. A Worthing move that ends up in London, Bristol or Edinburgh is a normal week for us.
We have been moving Sussex families and businesses since 2013. The team is about twenty trained removers, employed by us, most of them with us for years. Founders Simon and Jonny still run the business hands-on, and Tom has been Operations Manager since 2014, which is a longer crew tenure than you usually find in this trade.

Worthing has four very different residential bands and the move plays out differently in each.
In BN11, the town centre and seafront strip, most properties are Victorian or Edwardian terraces, with steep front steps, narrow hallways and on-street parking that fills up fast in summer. We will check the parking situation at both ends before move day and apply for a temporary suspension where it makes sense, especially if you are anywhere near the pier or Steyne Gardens.
In BN12, covering Goring-by-Sea and Ferring, the housing tilts to interwar semis and bungalows. Driveways are kinder, but the Goring Gap means the Worthing-to-Ferring run can feel a touch longer than the map suggests. We allow for it in the schedule.
In BN13, West Worthing and Durrington, you are in the 1930s estate territory: similar story to BN12 on access, with a lot of moves into and out of the family-home market.
In BN14, around Broadwater, Salvington and Findon Valley, the lanes tighten as you go north and the homes get a touch larger. Listed buildings and rural access points come up here often enough that we will spec the right vehicle rather than send a 7.5-tonne truck up a track that will not take it.
Whether the job is a one-bed flat in Heene or a four-bed family home in Tarring, the crew, the vehicle and the timings get matched to the property, not the other way round.
If you would rather pack yourself, our [box shop](/box-shop/) sells boxes, tape, bubble wrap, furniture covers and wardrobe boxes, plus reusable plastic crates available to hire by the day or the week as a tidier alternative to single-use cardboard. We can drop materials off in Worthing on the run from Brighton, so you do not need to make a separate trip. If you would rather we packed everything for you, full and part-pack services are available and quoted up front.
Worthing chains move. Buyers wobble. Renovations overrun. If your collection date and your completion date are not the same, we will roll the gap into storage rather than ask you to coordinate two firms.
Belongings load straight from your old place into the van, into a secure container at our Brighton self-storage site or a sealed crate at our Newhaven facility, and back out on the date you give us. The Brighton site is fenced, gated, on 24/7 CCTV, with weekday plus Saturday-morning access. The Newhaven site suits longer stays where you do not need to drop in every week.
